Founded by childhood friends with backgrounds in construction management, Optimum Build Group was built on the belief that successful projects are driven by preparation, communication, and accountability long before construction ever begins. From early budgeting and preconstruction planning to final completion, our team takes a hands-on approach focused on solving problems proactively and delivering projects the right way.

Based in Star and serving the greater Treasure Valley, Optimum specializes in commercial construction across a variety of sectors including public works, educational facilities, light industrial buildings, office renovations, churches, recreational spaces, and other community-focused projects. Our experience ranges from occupied tenant improvements and phased remodels to ground-up facilities and site development.

With more than 50 years of combined commercial construction experience within our core leadership team, we bring the knowledge and field perspective needed to successfully manage complex projects, demanding schedules, and active occupied environments. Our team has experience delivering projects through CM/GC, negotiated, hard bid, and design-build delivery methods, allowing us to adapt to the specific needs of each client and project.
To improve quality, efficiency, and schedule control, Optimum also self-performs select scopes of work including demolition, grading, and interior remodeling. This hands-on involvement allows our team to maintain tighter coordination in the field while responding quickly to project challenges and changing conditions.
